I suppose you could use those plastic wrappers that come on loaves of bread. 
Cable ties won't work because they're not reuseable.

    Yuh know how it can become a nightmare trying to keep all sorts of
cables in order and untangled.  One can use wire ties to keep them wound up
and tidy when not in use but is there something similar that is reusable and
easy to use?  If its not easy then I am not likely to use it.  Could use
some ideas, thanks!
