Hello, Folks.

Has anyone ever tried to get the $20 Radio Shack speaker mic to work with
the THF6A? I know that the configuration for the plug is the reverse of
what you need for the THF6A, and wonder if anyone has ever been able to find
some kind of adapter to make it work. I have an MFJ 295K speaker mic that I
bought for the THF6A, but I am not satisfied with its performance. It
sounds muffled and tinny. I just want to try the Radio Shack mic, of which
I have several, if possible, before I go out and spend the big bucks for the
Kenwood model.

Thanks for any suggestions you can give.
