The saddest thing in trying to get a job, is that so much of the screening 
is done by computers, scanning résumé`e's looking for the magic key words. 
The ability to get a job through networking  is gone.  In this era of social 
networking, connections don't lead to jobs any more.
That is a real loss for us.
