I think Buddy Brannon had a similar issue with the same type of device and
perhaps even the same company.  Maybe buddy can come in and put in his 0.02

Dave, being charged for a diagnosis might make sense but if the bill says
for repairs and they weren't done, then, an explanation should be
forthcoming concerning your bill. Paying for something which you didn't get,
would be absurd.  That's my story and...
