I have a friend with one. He has used a number of SDR software packages (including SoundStudio, SDR#, HD-SDR and some others). Unfortunately, I was never able to get any of those packages to work with NVDA. ABout all I got was some minimal info on frequency, mode and some other stuff. SOmeone is going to have to develop an SDR software package that is blind friendly. I have tried hitting up the developers of these. A lot seem interested, but that is about as far as it goes.
