I have had some comversations with developers as well but most can't 
think out of the box enough to really go there and they can't see why 
anyone would bother  unless they could click on spectrum to tune in the 
signal.

Oh well.

Thanks you have got me interested.

I haven't used unix linux etc. in many many years.  Will have to work 
this old brain and get up and running in that environment again.
