Guys, it's ham radio, lets keep religion and politics as minimal as possible
as all it does is stirs up debate.
And if a guy wants to spend a couple million on a ham station, it's not
distasteful...there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it in no way
insults the amateur spirit, in fact, quite the opposite in my mind...but I
don't answer to my lord Jesus, so perhaps your perspective is far different
than mine when it comes to acceptance of others choices in life.
Just because there is a super station in Florida, doesn't suddenly make your
DXCC worthless, come on don't be a moron.

I have been in this hobby for over 41 years and can appreciate that it is a
technical expensive super station. However with my limited budget and most
Amateur Radio ham budgets, we will never compete with this type of station.
This just makes trying to score big in a contest and or try getting DXCC
worthless for most Amateurs. Stan is not an Amateur at this point. He brings
distaste to the true Amateur spirit. Like others have said he can have spent
the money by starting a grant foundation to which thousands of children
could receive an education in technology. If he did that the certificate for
his efforts would be the best kind. It would come from his heart and our
Lord Jesus!
If you agree with my comments just reply and say AMEN. It does not matter
if your Lord is not Jesus, it's the point I am trying to get across to Stan!
Jesus is the person I answer to.
