As I said in my original post, I believe you may have to be an ARRL member
to take advantage of this, but I'm not totally sure on that.

If anyone wants to verify this with the League, please let us know.

Hi Tom,
I didn't know that the Arrl would do this for a blind ham so this is good to
know.
I am a Life Member of Handihams so they renewed my License for me in 2012.
Since I understand the site to renew licenses isn't very blind friendly this
is a good thing.
I never tried going to the site but my husband said it is hard to navigate.
At least that was the case in 2002 when we had a friend help us with the
renewal process.
