Tom,

Did you change the meter from the 2 meter band  to   440?

As for the 20 meter SWR on the DXCC, if I'm not mistaken, it has 
separate parallel dipoles for 10 and 20 meters.    If so, you should be 
able to adjust the 20 meter section pretty easy with little or no 
change to other bands.
