Also, if that TV has a VCR hooked up to it, and uses those cheap junk 
garbage push on connectors on the cable between the VCR and TV, get cables 
with screw on connectors. I found those junk push on connectors to cause 
that problem a lot. That fixed it downstairs here as a matter of fact real 
fast when I moved in.
