Besides the advantages Andy mentioned, your results would come a little
faster since you don't have to wait the time for the scanner to scan the
document. The Pearl is a digital camera rather than a scanner so the image
is captured almost instantly. Unless these advantages are important to you,
I wouldn't waste the money if your set-up is working. Spend the money on
Ham gear instead!
