As far as I know, personal assistance and care is not the responsibility of
the college; rather, it is the individual's responsibility.  That doesn't
prohibit the college from assisting, but it's not required under Section
504, for instance, or, as far as I know, under the ADA.

Can anyone reference for me any institutional best practices that may
provide students with physical disabilities the attendant care they need
such as personal grooming, toileting, feeding assistance etc while at
school? I am particularly interested in the funding source, education?
health? voc rehab?
