American Printing House for the Blind www.aph.org books, writing and drawing aids, maps, etc. for blind
National Braille Press  www.nbp.org  print/Braille books for kids
Bookshare www.bookshare.org downloadable books for blind kids and adults (many newer than NLS has) and quite a few in Spanish

  This is to let you know that my Web page is back up, and there is a link to the Linda Lucas Walling Collection Web page (to the right of the main page). The collection was established when I retired.

  The Web address is http://www.libsci.sc.edu/facst/walling/llw.htm 

  The collection is intended to be a self-teaching tool for people who have an interest in selecting and evaluating materials for and/or about children with disabilities. I developed the content for the Web with the intent that people outside Columbia could use it to learn about the subject. 

  Please take a look at the Web page and make suggestions for improvements. I know it still has some accessibility issues, and I'll work on those. Check "About the Collection" to understand how I intend that the collection and the Web page will be used. I plan to have a blog so that students, media specialists, children's librarians and others can interact about materials and services. That piece isn't ready yet.
