This link came up on another mailing list I'm on.  It's for a site
called "Section 508 Universe" that provides a tutorial about the federal
guidelines.  It's located at http://vba1.interactive-media.com/508/ and
registration is free.  I haven't had time to really go through it but
thought I would pass it along.
