Subject: Email Phishing attack using Google Docs

Good afternoon,

There is currently an email spam/phishing attack in the form of a request for you to open a Google doc.

DO NOT open this link.

The email asks for your Google account credentials and in turn requests to manage your Google email and contacts.   The application then sends a similar email to your contacts with the same request.  This attack is widespread and has been documented across the country.  At this point, it is unknown if there is other malware associated with the attack.

Please contact the City Help Desk at 266-4193 if you any questions or concerns.  If you believe you've fallen victim to this attack, please contact the City Help Desk to confirm your computer is free of malware.
