It is unfortunate that he changed his mind about the election results.
However, I think it was premature for the incoming administration to reveal
that charges will be forthcoming before inauguration. Perhaps that
information should have been held back until after the transfer of power.
President Jammeh likely changed his mind after that was revealed.
