How can you refined sugar with a sharp stick? i am very surprised by this .
That is the all point of a paleo eating in my opinion, eating whole foods,

Juicing an orange is the 1st step toward refining , you remove lot of fibers
and certainly all kind of other nutrients that will slow down the sugar
absorbtion. second step will be to pasteurise it , 3rd one will be to boiled
it down to concentrate it and use it as a base for reconstitued "orange
juice". Concentrated fruit juices are used in the "health food" business to
replace sugar and fool customers. They are as refined than brown sugar
sugar ( which is concentrated cane juice )
the whole fruit have the ability to wreck sugar level too because of the
overselection of sweet caracteristics in the successives generations. A wild
fruit can be sweet too but they have over caracteristics in their taste who
limit their consumption once the body needs are met( thoses caracteristics
are eliminated by selection because of the unpleasant taste they give once
the body needs are met.
