Micki, you are so very very right in this. Our society has no idea what  healthy
food is and forces their women (and a lot of men) to think being anorexic is the
one and only.
At the same time only the young are worshipped as the ideal beauty.  The only
thing we can do is realise that we will be looked at as weird and do our own
thing.
Surely time is on our side and in the meantime we can spread the word to the few
that want to listen.
