I just had lunch and wolfed down my sardines in olive oil. I supplemented
this with a can of tuna in water. Darn the luck, I was half way through the
can when I noticed that my tuna in water also had soybean oil in it. I
tossed out the rest. Then I remembered a discussion on a list about the high
levels of mercury in tuna and other fish. Anyone else read about it? Is it
(mercury) at a level to be concerned with?
