Weightlifting is where I have most of my knowledge when it comes to diet and
exercise. I always let my diet take care of itself, no calorie counting or
any of the other diet related mess. As long as I didn't gain any extra fat,
diet was no concern. Now however, I'm starting to realize how important a
sound diet is, thus my switch to a Paleo diet. There are a few concepts to
this diet that I'm still not clear on. I was hoping that maybe someone would
take a shot at explaining these to me.

1. Since starting a Paleo diet, most of my calories come from red meat,
chicken and fish. I do have some vegetables and an occasional piece of
fruit. Am I risking my kidneys or anything for that matter by eating so much
protein?
2. What if I was to switch to an all meat diet? How would this affect
my health? There are so many positives on one side of the fence, and just as
many negatives on the other side of the fence that I don't know who to
believe.

TIA
