A few tips:
If you suddenly drop your carbohydrate level, you could experience headaches
or muscle cramps due to potassium loss. I used No Salt (potassium chloride)
with success, and I ate a piece of fruit to get rid of my headache. Drink
plenty of water as well if you go 100% carnivore for a period of time,
otherwise you could feel tired due to dehydration.
