Hi Justin,
I go to the gym a few times a week & do all the machines, but my favorite
exercise, & the one that benefits me most, is walking. I live near the
beach, and several times a week I walk its length, several miles. The fresh
air, the incredible beauty, the seagulls, the lack of people. . . if you
live near some beautiful scene like this, it will definitely improve your
health to spend as much time in it as possible.
