    I just wanted ask you on this list to help Amy Benidoff(sp?) out in
completing
her survey. She is a struggling student trying to get a voluntary sample
about a subject that some of us a reluctant to discuss, let alone complete a
survey on it.
I've attempted to get volunteer samples and it is rough,

    For the record, I completed her survey yesterday. It is a bit on the
lengthy side, but all question can be answered by choosing a number along a
scale. The questions, to me, were not that invasive(she did not ask about
farm animals, for example). Apparently, there are male and females forms of
the survey.

I am at home at this point, so I do not have her e-maill address. I'll post
