Despite it's reactionary frame of reference, this article does discuss
the real issues involved.     This is a Great Leap Forward from the
ZNet/ GLW/ Kagarlitsky/ Clarke article on Chechnya.    That article
remained at the Russia (Bad Guy)/  Chechnya (Good Guy) level of
reporting.   Simplistic reporting on national issues,  falls in line
easily with imperialist propaganda.     The Kagarlitsky article
actually attributed US support to Russia's military offensive!
