Hi everyone,

Recently I have received several email similar to the one below. These
braoacasting messages tell you how to work at home and how easy to make
money at home as long as paying them first (maybe $50 to $200). One of my
friends was tripped when he sent check and got a training book full of
garbage.

If you want to start a business, the first question you need to ask
yourself is "do I have an unique idea?" If you do, then you can go ahead
to learn how to do it, otherwise, you will never make money simply by
learning how to do a business especially the idea that have been
publicized for years. It is good for the people with disabilities to have
business at home. If you have an idea, you should first make sure it is
competitive. In the state/city government agencies and many business
schools, there
are many good free programs to help you to make a business plan, which
is the first step to start. When you make a plan, you will be able to
learn more about the market and enhance your idea. You also need the plan
to get loan or obtain other support. Just be careful, do not put money
into any advertised training material.

Subject: Collect Judgments for the courts - Home Based Business

Are you looking for a REAL home based
business?

Work from home COLLECTING JUDGMENTS FOR THE COURTS

To be removed from our marketing list please see bottom of email.

This is an opportunity that is perfect for someone
that wants to work from home, set their own hours,
and make a good amount of money. It is NOT a
business that is going to bring in tons of money
without some effort involved. It is NOT a money
making scheme, instead is a legitimate business
opportunity.

The easiest way to explain it, is when a person sues
somebody (ex: auto accident) the winning party gets a
judgment against the other party. What does that mean?
In a lot of cases it just means a piece of paper showing
that the money is owed. The court cannot not force the
losing party to pay. Instead 80% of the time the money
never gets paid. This amounts to about 200 billion
dollars unpaid each year. Till now, this market has
been untapped.

This is where you could come in. We have a course that
teaches people how to collect judgments for other
people or themselves. There is NO CONFRONTATION with the
defendant at all. Instead you will file forms with local
authorities to take care of this business for you.

Our course includes all paperwork you will need including
forms, letters, and agreements. It also includes all
knowledge you will need to carry out this business. For
example, you can garnish peoples bank account, wages, or
place liens against their real property. All this without
a confrontation with the defendant.

Lets say that John sues Bill for 3000 dollars for damage
done to his rent house. John wins the lawsuit and three
years has passed and he has nothing to show but a piece of
paper. After doing some research at the courthouse (this
is public information) you send a letter to John explaining
that you can collect the judgment for him. You can charge
any fee that you want, but we suggest from 30 to 40% of the
judgment. So your letter explains that you could collect
the 3000 dollar judgment, but your fee would be 1000 dollars.
John figures 2000 dollars is better than what he has now and
says he wants you to do it. You will research the defendant
(all this covered in our 279 page manual) and garnish wages
or bank accounts to satisfy the judgment. You help somebody
and make money right from the privacy of your home.

It's is a perfect opportunity for someone to supplement their
income or do it full time. You set your own hours, its easy
to startup, its a needed service, and its very profitable.

You can even work closely with attorneys collecting for
their clients.

Our course with 279 page manual, diskette and forms is
only $149.99. If you order within the next 10 days the
whole package is only $99.99. If ordering by check or money
order your mail must be postmarked within 10 days of this
email. Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipping.
