Hello,

Try checking  to see if the patch cable had gone bad. Also, try switching
the cable with a different port on the hub, that particular port could be
going bad.  Check to see if file and printer sharing are indeed check in the
Network Control Panel, you may have installed it, but for got to enable and
share your drives!
