Cindy,
Spasticity does not cause pain, usually. I have had trouble with
sleep all my life. It is not due to spasticity as such. Motrin is a pain
reliever, so if Lizzy Jo slept thru the nite, she may have some kind of
pain. What you describe could be any one of a number of things. Sometimes,
docs are like computers, you have to ask the right question. Ask him to
check out why this occurs. If the doc still does not know, ask another one.
