Ok, I totally screwed up the post on amasake. It was late and I read too
fast or something. Gywnneth told me a little about amasake and then I went
back to the website. The ingredients did not mention any gluten containing
stuff, only rice. I emailed the company to ask why some of you said it
contained gluten, but maybe you can tell me why you say it is not
gluten-free.
