Iceberg salad is astonishingly high in vitamin A.
Analyzing 250 g salad
gives at least (of a young mans recommendation):
Item in 250 g recomm percentage
  Protein 2.5 g 55.0 g 5
  Fiber 3.8 g 30.0 g 13
  Natrium: 22.5 mg 2000.0 mg 1
  Kalium: 395.0 mg 3500.0 mg 11
  Magnesium: 22.5 mg 350.0 mg 6
  Calcium: 47.5 mg 800.0 mg 6
  Phosphor: 50.0 mg 800.0 mg 6
  Iron : 1.3 mg 12.0 mg 10
  Zink: 0.6 mg 15.0 mg 4
  Vit. A: 1500.0 ƒg 1000.0 ƒg 150
  Vit. E: 1.5 mg 12.0 mg 13
  Folsäure: 6.8 ƒg 160.0 ƒg 4
  Vit. B1: 0.1 mg 1.4 mg 9

Not so bad heh?

I'd increase the fiber recommendations to show historic paleo better.
250g Salad isn't too much isn't it?
I personally can easily eat a salad head raw without anything
-- if its organically grown.

regards

Amadeus
