Yes,
this diet is much better for couch potatoes.
Neolithic foods are like rocket fuel compared to Paleo- that's one reason
why they cause diabetes.
I don't do enough exercise but now find exercise SO much easier. Neolithic
diets turn you into a couch potato because you fell so awful ( you're mildly
poisoned)
