This article isn't specifically paleo, but is certainly consistent with
it, and points up the value of meat and fat in the diet. The article
mentions avoidance of ketosis, which I suspect is just an effort to
deflect the kind of criticism Dr. Atkins has drawn for so many years.

I too think it's healthy to cultivate an attitude of reverence toward
