Dear List Members:
Thanks to everyone who responded to my questions on fosomax. Everyone
agreed that fosomax is GF and the majority of people had good results
with it. A lot of people saw an improvement in their bone density while
some people said it only helped stabilize the bone loss with no marked
improvement. Two people chose the nasal spray, Mycaltrin instead of
fosomax, saying it was much easier to use. Everyone agreed it was best
to drink lots of water with fosomax and stay upright for at least 30
minutes. A few people said if you have esophageal reflux problems, try
to avoid fosomax.

Thanks again to all who responded.

Claire
