Generally speaking, If you have an "AT" type case, any B(aby)AT
format board will fit. There sometimes are problems with the
mini-towers and desktops having clearance for long cards when the
lowest internal drivebay is used. The AGP slot now occupies the
critical region. Also, the CPU fan(s) can be an issue. None should
be a problem with a full size tower. If the Thor is an "ATX"
format, then you must replace it with an ATX board, but for the
most part the above issues don't apply to ATX.
