I currently have a P5-166 Thor mobo, GW2K in a tower case.  I wish to
upgrade the mobo and processor.  How do I go about determining which
motherboards will fit without major adjustments?

BTW, The recent dialoge on "mobo for K6II-400" has been helpful.
