Today I ate:
Jasmine tea with my email
One apple
In the morning I made pemmican, so I ate samples as I worked.
I ate the 2 eggs left over from my son's breakfast minus the runny yolk
Part of son's fruitshake-blueberries, orange juice, egg
Leftover kale cooked with bacon/onion
raw grassfed beef - 2 steaks
2 dates
two oranges
Salmon
coconut milk
3 1/2 bananas
1/2 a fruitshake - egg/blueberries/banana/oranges
2 dates
some days contain more protein in the form of eggs and/or meat/fish; some
days are more fruitful. I am more ravenous at certain times of the monthly
cycle.
