This company has a web site at which you can enter the variables you do or
do not want in your ice cream (e.g. nuts, gluten) and then a list of the
products that would be good for you is generated.  Here is the address:
http://www.edys.com.  Most of their ice creams are gluten-free.  If other
companies had similar interactive web-sites, it would really facilitate the
search for GF products.  Does anyone know of other companies that offer
this type of service?
