In the body of the message write : "subscribe autism firstname lastname"
substituting your own name, of course.

St John's university runs many lists.  The listserver will be down for
several hours soon for maintenance, so if your post is rejected, try
again at 12 or 24 hour intervals.  There is also a list for
higher-functioning autistics and parents.  If you are interested as
parent or autist, please write to me privately.
