I've found a lot of products which tout themselves as 'dairy free' often
contain casein or other milk proteins...it would seen the industry's
interpretation of 'dairy free' means lactose free, not necessary milk
protein free...

Almost all powdered 'nondairy' creamers contain casein, a milk protein...

So I'd like to see a list of the actual ingredients in this muffin, before
making the decision that it is truly 'dairy free'...
