I like the lamb raw, too, I must admit it is my favorite meat so far,
it's been so many years sense I ate meat that is kind of like Christmas
every time I eat it...what a gift!
Beef I only like raw, or lightly cooked.  I heard some nasty things
about chicken so I wont eat them...I have a line on some organicly
raised rabbit but haven't tried it yet and pigs are to intellegent so I
won't eat them,  I'm really drooling to try gater tail, I hear it is
delisious
