Wasn't trying to criticize your question.  However, I did feel it very important
to not unfairly criticize CoffeeMate for "hiding" casein when it is clearly listed
in the ingredient labels.

In the past week there was an extensive discussion of a few brands of coffee
creamer that are pareve non-dairy.  It was stated that one must be careful as
most brands do have caseinates.  For many milk allergic individuals these
are not considered "denatured".

I'd be more than glad to help point you to the information that was discussed
regarding non-dairy creamers or to listings of dairy ingredients.
