Coffee Rich frozen creamer is kosher pareve.  Kroger makes a store brand of
this which is also pareve.  Also Mocha Mix I believe makes a refrigerated
version which is pareve  (we enjoy the mocha mix non-dairy vanilla ice
cream very much).
