It's a safe bet that there is a dairy allergy. Tests *may* confirm it, but
the absense of a positive result is not necessarily an indication of a lack
of an allergy (possibly serious). My son was skin tested and RAST tested a
few times and was declared to be free of dairy allergy. His first glass of
milk put him into anaphylaxis.

Tread carefully here. Do avoid dairy in all foods. And do not give her
dairy products except under medical supervision.
