Talk to some jewelry shops, key kiosks, etc. that do engraving.  They
should be able to make you a one-of-a-kind label by cutting "McConnell"
(or any other template you supply) into a two-layer plastic plate.

If the top layer is black, and the thicker layer underneath is white,
this gives you recessed white letters on black (or raised black on white -
but this is trickier to do).

With luck, it will come with a peel-and-stick adhesive back, or you could
use a little contact cement.
