Several people responded to my query last month about Belle Color hair
coloring (has wheat oil in it and I got a migraine within 2 hours of using
it).

Many said they get some kind of reaction from all different kinds of
topical products (shampoos, colorings, permanents) that have gluten and
since there are GF hair colors (L'Oreal's Preference is one), we should
use them. I heard from the one listmember who had written about Belle
Color a while ago, and she said her reaction was definitely from some food
she had eaten that day. She has used Belle Color many times since, with no
problem.

I decided not to use it again myself. I don't want to take a chance with
the exposure (even if it was circumstantial) and a month after using the
product, my hair is like straw if I don't use a conditioner. I have not
had this happen with other colorings (like L'Oreal).
