To the best of my knowledge, last time we bought C & B
licorice toffees they were GF (as I remember "herself"
scoffed most of them on the highly suspect grounds that as
a coeliac, she can't eat many types of sweets, while I as a
non-coeliac can :-(

The BIG problem is that this does not NECESSARILY mean that
they are GF anywhere else in the world.
