     Greetings,
A question for the Israeli celiacs who subscribe to this list -
would any of you happen to know if the following products made in
Israel are GF?
1- Spices by Elana. All sorts of Middle Eastern spice mixtures,
including za'atar, which I happen to love. They are sold in upscale
specialty stores in Manhattan. I found them at Balducci's.
2- All those Telma kosher products, especially their tahini,
hummus, and soup mixes. Does Telma by any chance have a GF list? All
New York supermarkets carry them.
3- Wissotzky herbal teas. I usually buy those wonderful German
"Pompadour" teas (hibiscus, rosehips, lemongrass), but now my
supermarket is carrying these teas from Haifa, and I'd like to try them.
I would appreciate any help, and I will of course summarize.
Thank you.
                                    Regards,
                                   Mary in NYC
