Hello All,

I'm making the switch from Atkins to Neanderthin and just joined this list
today. I have read the book and subscribe to the LC-Advanced and LOWCARB
lists. I did Atkins for over a year so I'm not exactly a newbie. I'm
excited about adding fruit back to my food choices but am also sorry to see
cream and cheese leave. I'm also starting a weight training program at a
gym this weekend.

I'm in the process of reading the Paleo archives (this is going to take
awhile) and was wondering if there is a FAQ for this list? If there isn't
one, here's a question I'm sure has been answered many times. In the past,
I've added cream to my tea and decaf coffee. Is there a recommended
substitute? I've read alot of negative press about soy milk on the web.

I'm looking forward to exploring this way of eating. It makes so much sense
to this Type O!
