Just came back from Whole Foods where I discovered that the "new" version
of the low-sodium San J Tamari sauce is no longer labelled wheat free,
and now lists wheat as an ingredient!!  This is not true for the regular
bottle that was next to it on the shelf and is still labeled "Wheat
free".  So be careful,  and, as always, READ THE LABEL!.
