1) just because your girlfriend's sterile, doesn't mean she can't lactate.
lactation can be hormonally induced, i believe.
2)otherwise, i bet if you check with LaLeche League in your area (an
organization that promotes breast feeding, get the number from the maternity
unit of the local hospital, or if you know any midwifes, ask them), they
might be able to put you in touch with a lactating woman who would be
willing to donate breast milk for the baby.
