Hi,

I've tried to research the archives to little avail...but I was
wondering if anyone knows if any of the commercial oriental sauces and
spices are gluten free, especially sauces like Oyster Sauce and Teriyaki
sauce and the likes of those?

Also, has anyone had any luck eating out in oriental resturants,
especially Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese resturants?
